How We Teach
Our aim is to provide the best trained, motivated and skilled coaches possible. Therefore, at Teachsport we are continuously developing our coaches. Our ‘Coach Development’ programme supports coaches and helps them to identify their future training needs.
This investment in our staff means that we have high staff retention and can attract a high calibre of potential new staff. Ultimately, this development programme improves the quality of service that we offer our customers, clients and individuals.
All coaches are observed by a Senior Manager at least twice a term. Their progress is then reviewed and short-term targets set.
We have at least one internal training session per term. This allows us to develop specific aspects of our coaches’ work such as National Curriculum Assessment, Class Management and Learning Outcomes.
